Vanaja, determined to teach Parvathy a lesson, adds chilli powder to her food when Akhilandeshwari invites her. However, when Parvathy eats the food without uttering a word, Vanaja wonders what happened and later asks her about it. Akhilandeshwari overhears Vanaja talking and decides to give her a taste of her own medicine by making her finish the food. Later, Vanaja is hurt because of Akhilandeshwari's punishment and she threatens to break off Parvathy's marriage.
