TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“SRGMP Grand Finale”
The “SRGMP Grand Finale Live” (“Contest”) is conducted by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (“ZEEL”) as a part of SRGMP Grand Finale LIVE on ZEE5.
1. The Contest shall start from 5th July 2025 6:00 PM till 6th July 2025 1:00 AM. The Contest will be effective only for a day and end at 6th July 2025 1:00 PM (“Contest Period”).
2. It is further clarified that during the Contest Period, shall commence at 5th July 2025 6:00 PM on that day and shall end at 6th July 2025 1:00 AMon the next day (“Contest Period”).
3. The Contest is open for Participant(s) who are age 18 and above and residents of [●] only.
4. During the time slot [6pm to 1am] only during the Contest Period, Monday- cprorated herein by reference.an Aston/band will be flashed on the ZEE5 platform with 6 questions during the live airing of SRGMP Grand Finale. Each question will have 2 to 6 options. In order to participate in the contest, the Participants need to select an option. The details about Contest mechanism as follows but ZEEL at any time can alter/ change the Contest mechanism at its sole discretion –

· Each question will contain between 2 to 6 options. To participate in the contest, participants must select the option they believe to be correct.
· From all participants who answer all the questions correctly, three (3) winners will be selected at random. Through this Contest, Zee offers an opportunity to win exciting prizes, including a 55-inch TV as the Bumper Prize, a tablet as the second prize, and a phone as the third prize.
5. ZEEL may promote this Contest through the medium of the Channel, television (promos, Astons, bugs etc.), digital media/ online/ any digital platform and any other manner as shall deem fit by ZEEL, at its sole discretion, stating the mechanism in which the Participant(s) can participate in the Daily Contest Post(s).
6. Selection and Declaration of Winners – From all participants who answer all the questions correctly, three (3) winners will be selected at random. Through this Contest, Zee offers an opportunity to win exciting prizes, including a 55-inch TV as the Bumper Prize, a tablet as the second prize, and a phone as the third prize.
7. The winners understand, accept, and acknowledge that after providing the required valid and self-attested documents, and following successful verification, they must collect their prize by presenting a verified id from the ZEE Kannada office, as informed by ZEEL. If the Winner / Winners fail to collect the prize from the ZEE Kannada office, or we may send it over to the winner to the address as in the proof document submitted.
8. The Participants and winners further agree that mandatory id’s including but not limited to self-attested Pan with Adhar/Voter Card /Permanent DL /Valid Passport.
9. For sake of clarity, it is stated that all Entry(ies) should be sent from the personal/ self-owned registered mobile number of the Participant. Any Entry(ies) sent from any public or unidentified number shall not be considered valid by ZEEL and the same shall be disqualified.
10. A valid entry for the purpose of this Contest is where the Participant has submitted the Answer strictly in the manner provided hereinabove. (“Entry”).
11. It is clarified that there shall be 3 (Three) Winners during the Contest Period. Each Participant is eligible to be declared as a winner only once throughout the contest.
12. The Winner agrees to provide all necessary documents required as requested by ZEEL and within the timeline specified by ZEEL. The gratification for the Winners is non-transferable. The Winners agree that the gratification shall be collected by the Winners from the location, day date, time specified by the channel.
13. For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that apart from the Prize, the Winner(s) shall not be entitled for any other gratification/ opportunity whether monetary or otherwise. Notwithstanding anything contained herein these Terms and Conditions, ZEEL shall have the sole discretion to choose and finalize the form and/or value of the Prize and the Participant shall have no claim in any manner whatsoever in this relation. The Participant understands and agrees that ZEEL shall have full discretion, without informing the Participant, to change the form of Prize and the Participant shall abide by the ZEEL’s decision to this effect.
14. For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the ZEEL’s decision and prerogative in regard to the selection and declaration of the Winner(s) shall be final and binding. ZEEL at any time during or after the expiry of the Contest Period shall at it sole discretion increase or decrease the number of Winners to be selected by ZEEL for being entitled to receive Prize. For the sake of clarity, mere submitting a missed call Entry does not entitle the Participant(s) to receive the Prize.
15. Each Winner shall receive a call from ZEEL or by any other agency on behalf of the ZEELby directly calling on Mobile Number from which the Participant submitted its Entry (“Intimation Call”). ZEEL and/ or any other agency of behalf of ZEEL shall make only one (1) attempt to contact the Winner(s) by calling on the Mobile Number of the Winner(s) registered with ZEEL. In case the Winner(s) fails to pick up the Intimation Call or if the Mobile Number shows busy network/ out of coverage network, the selection of that particular Winner shall be invalidated and ZEEL at its sole discretion may select another Winner from amongst the eligible Participant(s) who qualify as per the criteria stated above to receive Prize. ZEEL shall not be responsible or liable for any technical disruption and/or failure/ and/ or any other difficulties of such nature, due to which the Winner is un-reachable, due to which the ZEEL is unable to intimate the Winner.
16. The Intimation Call shall have instructions on the process required to be adhered by the shortlisted Participants / Winner(s) which inter alia shall include the personal information (“PI”) of the Winner(s) such as name, contact number, email address, age, gender, residential address etc. The Winner(s) shall be requested to mandatorily furnish their latest photo with documents to ZEEL such as Pan Card; Proof of identity cum permanent address proof – masked Aadhar card / Election card/permanent Driver’s License/Passport or any other document as ZEEL may deem fit; latest mobile bill of the Mobile Number from which the Winner has submitted his/her Entry and such other documents as may be required and informed by ZEEL from time to time (“Documents). All above mentioned Documents shall be self-attested and verified/attested by appropriate authorities and shall be submitted in such manner as specified by ZEEL. For sake of clarity, Participant will be considered as Winner only when he/she has been specifically declared as a Winner and not merely when he/she has been contacted by ZEEL for any purpose.
17. The Winner(s) shall furnish all requisite PI and Documents in a form and manner desired by ZEEL over Intimation Call. Post receiving the PI and Documents of the Winner(s), ZEEL shall verify the necessary PI and Documents at its end.
18. Once the PI and/or the Documents have been verified by ZEEL, ZEEL and /or any other agency on behalf of ZEEL shall inform each Winner about the selection as one of the Winner and that he/she shall be entitled to the Prize as mentioned hereinabove. The Prizes may be modified/changed/revised at the sole discretion of ZEEL and Participant shall not have any claims or raise any concerns regarding the same.
19. The Prize given to the Winner by ZEEL is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. The Winner agrees and undertakes that no cash equivalent or alternative gratification/ opportunity will be given to the Winner and the Winner cannot exchange the Prize/opportunity given for any kind of gift with value. Further, the opportunity given to the Winner is personal in nature, hence the Winner cannot transfer the opportunity to any other person. ZEEL makes no representation or warranty with respect to quality or functionality of the Prize and shall not be liable to the Winner in case of any product default or malfunctioning of the Prize.
20. The Winners shall not in any circumstances make any claims against ZEEL entities arising out of or relating to any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly or any related activity, to the extent permitted under law. If the Winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with any of the Terms and Conditions, the corresponding Entry will stand disqualified and such decision shall be final and binding.
21. Family members and relatives of the employees of ZEEL and their group companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
22. No dispute shall be entertained with regards to the selection criteria. Decisions of ZEEL shall be final and binding on the Participant(s).
23. Each Winner may have to sign any release form or other relevant document as required by ZEEL in order to receive Prize from ZEEL.
24. The Winner(s) hereby agrees to release and discharge ZEEL from Prize and Contest related obligation on ZEEL.
25. All PI and Documents requested by and supplied to ZEEL by each Participant/Winner must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading, failing which ZEEL reserves at its sole discretion the right to disqualify any Participant/Winner from availing the opportunity to participate in the Contest.
26. Eligibility for participation in the Contest: Participation in this Contest is restricted to resident(s) of Karnataka only and to people who are 18 years of age or above to participate in the Contest (“Participant(s)”).
27. Grounds for disqualification to the Contest:
(a) Participants who are not eligible to participate in the Contest
(b) Participant/ Winners failing to provide the required documents as stated above, within two (2) days of request by ZEEL.
(c) Any of the documents/proofs not being properly attested, unclear, illegible and/or ZEEL has reasonable grounds to believe the same to be fraudulent.
(d) Entry submitted by proxy will not be accepted, even if the proxy is any of their family members.
28. Technology Limitations - ZEEL, all participating sponsors, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies shall not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries/ posts; (b) electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of ZEEL.
29. Each Participant to the Contest declares hereby that he/she is a real person in existence and not a computer programme.
30. ZEEL does not and shall not subscribe for any claims / disputes / confirmation / responsibility in respect of the Contest including the Contest terms and conditions and any breach thereof.
31. ZEEL nor any of its affiliates or group companies shall be liable for any damage or loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury or death, or loss of, or damage to property, which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Contest or the Prize and further neither ZEEL nor any of its affiliates or group companies shall be responsible for any consumer grievances with respect the Contest or the Prize.
32. Each Participant expressly agrees that by his/her participation in the Contest, ZEEL and/ or its affiliates/ agents/ advisors or sub-contractors further can use the personal, sensitive collected information, in any media or future promotional, publicity and marketing material, without any consent, reference, payment or other compensation to the Participant, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws.
33. ZEEL shall have the right to share the Participant's personal information to any governmental or regulatory bodies if required by law, rule or statue and in response to a valid order of a court or authorized agency of the government or other legal process.
34. ZEEL takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information provided by the Participant against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. However, ZEEL cannot guarantee the security of any personal information or data which the Participant discloses. In any event, Participant agrees not to hold ZEEL responsible for any breach of security, except in case of negligence or wilful default on the part of ZEEL under the relevant legislation.
35. Using of false names/ identities, illegal/false mobile numbers, fake email addresses and/or any other illegal means either online or in hard copies shall be considered as suppression of facts and if ZEEL has to suffer of any adverse consequence in this respect, the Participant/s shall be penalised for the same in a manner as ZEEL may deem fit.
36. Participants found indulging in any malpractices such as cheating, misrepresentation, providing false information shall be disqualified from the on-going Contest and strict legal action may be taken by ZEEL against such Participant(s).
37. ZEEL at its sole discretion reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions relating to the Contest from time to time and/or suspend, shorten, modify, extend or cancel the same without prior notice, without stating any reason and no claim in this regard shall be entertained. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant(s) to check the Terms and Conditions of the Contest on https://www.zee5.com/watch-live-win-terms-and-conditions
38. All disputes arising out of or related to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Bengaluru alone and subject to the laws of India only.
39. The Participants shall indemnify and hold ZEEL harmless, its group companies, affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors and employees, against any loss that may occur to them due to non-adherence of these terms and conditions of the Contest.
40. The Winner(s) understands, accepts, and acknowledges that if the winner of the contest fails to claim/collect the prize within the stipulated period after declaring name of the winners on -air, ZEEL will not pay/transfer the winning prize to the winner.
41. Unless otherwise expressly stated, copyright, database right or similar rights in all material in relation to the Contest (including graphical images, text, video clips, demographics, sounds, demos, patches and other files) is owned, controlled or licensed by ZEEL or its affiliates and is protected or covered by copyright, trademark, intellectual property law and other proprietary rights. Unless with prior permission, no part of the Platform or the Contest may be reproduced or transmitted to or stored in any other website, nor any of its pages or part thereof be disseminated in any electronic or non-electronic form, nor included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service.
42. The decision of ZEEL on all matters, queries or disputes, concerning the Contest including the selection and declaration of the Winners and the Contest terms and conditions shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
43. By participating in the Contest, each Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions contained herein and all related terms and conditions governing the Contest. The Participant agrees and acknowledges that he/she is aware that personal information collected by Company will be used for purpose of the Contest and/or to reach out to Participant if the Participant is declared as a Winner and/or to inform Participant of any upcoming contest(s), campaign(s), survey(s), poll(s), etc., conducted on behalf of the Company. The Participant confirms that he/she is consenting for the Company to retain and use the Participants’ personal information for above purposes and if at any time the Participant does not want the Company to retain and/or use the Participants’ personal information, the Participant shall send a written communication to the Company as per the privacy policy to delete and destroy the personal information from date of such communication.
44. The duration and other rules/regulations of the Contest shall be at the discretion of ZEEL only.
