Laxmibai decides that she may never return to Jhansi, yet she must protect her subjects, so she decides to present herself in Gangadhars court. Gangadhar asks Moropant to read the charges levied against Kranti Guru. Meanwhile, when Marshall learns that Kranti Guru has appeared in Gangadhars court, Marshall stabs Samar Singh! Back in the court, Kranti Guru gives her justification to the charges but Marshall appears just then and accuses her of saving a bandit like Samar Singh. Kranti Guru claims that Samar Singh is innocent and brings a British soldier as witness. The soldier testifies that Samar was in their custody during the flag race. Gangadhar is convinced that Samar is innocent. Marshall then exposes the truth that Kranti Guru is none other than the Queen of Jhansi. The accusation angers Gangadhar. Kranti Guru is about to reveal her identity by removing her veil when Laxmibais lookalike appears in court. Kranti Guru is stunned to see her. To justify his claim, Marshall tries to remove Kranti Gurus veil. However, Gangadhar Rao warns him not to dishonour any woman. Gangadhar adjourns the court for an hour. Meanwhile, Motibai receives an anonymous letter and reads it. Just then, someone hits a log on her head and she falls unconscious. Lacho warns Laxmibais look alike to make sure that nobody gets to know about her real identity. When the court is resumed, Moropant reads out the charges against Marshall of imprisoning Samar Singh and of falsely accusing Laxmibai of being Kranti Guru. Gangadhar says that he would send a letter to Lord Allenbera to know about Marshalls future in Jhansi, and until he receives a reply, Marshall would be not allowed in his palace. Just then, a guard informs Gangadhar that Kranti Guru has escaped. Gangadhar Rao is upset with Kranti Guru. Marshall tells his aide that he had slyly told Kranti Guru about Samar Singh dying. Marshall is now sure that Kranti Guru would reach Samar Singh. Will Kranti Guru be able to save Samar Singh? Meanwhile, in the palace, Gangadhar Rao realises that Laxmibais lookalike is not Laxmibai. Who is the girl?
