Chudappa tells Pradhanji that the villagers wish to meet Khanderaya. Ajamel asks Khanderaya as to how long he would stay in Banu's mansion. Mhalsa tells Pradhanji that she is going to take revenge against Banu for her past mistakes. Mhalsa meets Mayananda and tells her that she is going to perform a 'yadnya' in the near future. Mayanansa suggests Mhalsa to invite Khanderaya to the palace. On the other hand, Banu offers food to Khanderaya. Alakshmi comes to Khanderaya's palace to meet Mhalsa.
