A worried Jhanvi is told by Mai’s spirit about a red stone in the palace, which when touched to Amrit’s talisman could save Akarsh. Veer, who hears Nandini plotting to kill Jhanvi, is rendered unconscious by Chandrika before he could warn Jhanvi about it. Getting a hold of Amrit, Jhanvi takes him to the stone. However, when his talisman touches the stone, it gets absorbed. Though Akarsh gets better, Jhanvi realises how she was fooled by the witch, who now has gained control over Amrit.
