The man informs the family that he is indeed Chandra's husband Harsh, so Sagar scolds him. Harsh asks him to give him a chance to prove his identity and greets every member of the family the way Harsh used to. Harsh looks at Aniket and wonders if a family member is responsible for his condition, so Chandra accuses Vidya. However, Harsh asks whether it is Vidya or someone else. He further says that while he was very unwell, he kept thinking of the one person who had the entire family under his spell. Chandra then introduces Gayatri to Harsh. Sagar warns Harsh to leave the house and Sindoora too demands that Harsh be thrown out of the house. Harsh then shows all the documents to substantiate his identity. He says that he had met a nasty accident and had to undergo plastic surgery. Harsh seeks time to speak with Chandra alone, so Gayatri asks everyone to give Harsh a chance and let Chandra decide the truth. After a while, Chandra tells Sagar that the man is indeed her husband. Sagar says that even if he is Harsh, he was already thrown out. Chandra warns Sagar that if Harsh is thrown out, then even she will leave. Sagar tells him that he can stay back but every member will keep an eye on him. Chandra asserts that everyone must respect her husband or they'll leave the place. Gayatri says that they must accept Harsh. Later, Hema tells Vidya that the man is not Harsh. Vidya too feels the same. Harsh speaks to Vidya alone and reminds her that he had often warned her that Sindoora is the culprit. He promises to help her if she ever needed him and requests Vidya to give him one chance to prove that he is a changed man now. What will Vidya do now?
