But this has not been an overnight success as the group has seen a lot of ups and downs from their bunk bed and sharing single room days! The upscale dorm

Remember the Life Goes On music video? It was filmed in an upscale dorm. The film appears to have been shot in the group’s very fancy dorm, which they’ve been sharing since 2017 is own by the group. The Hannan apartment complex in South Korea is regarded as one of the most costly in the country.

Jin

Jin appears to have had a strong attachment to his Hannam apartment, as the BTS singer purchased his own property there in 2020 and later gifted it to his parents. He paid around Rs 25 crore for the property.

Jimin and RM

RM and Jimin made news for purchasing property in the ‘Beverly Hills of South Korea,’ a location that the Korean elites refer to as their humble abode. Nine One Hannam is the location. The couple appeared to have spent roughly Rs 42 crore. They must have been enthralled by this land, which is located near the Han River and Namsan Mountain.

V

Gangnam is V’s preferred purchase. V’s swanky acquisition is allegedly valued Rs 33 crore, making him a popular pick among Korean A-listers.

Suga

Suga wanted to be closer to their dorm, so she bought a house in Hannam, but it was in the UN village. It’s a little further out from the Hill, but it’ll set you back Rs 22 crore.

J-Hope

J-Hope was the first person to purchase a home in BTS. In 2016, the rapper paid Rs 9 crore for a flat in Trimaje, Seongsu-dong. The Seoul Forest is only a short distance away from J- Hope residence.

Jungkook

Jungkook, bought a single-family home in Seoul Forest Trimage. He did, however, sell it for Rs 17 crore in 2020, despite never having lived in it. He also paid Rs 25 crore for a condominium in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, which he eventually gave to his brother.
