Apna Time Bhi Aayega: A Look At How Rani’s Styling Has Evolved In The Show
From Ballia’s small-town girl to Jaipur’s royal daughter-in-law, check out how Rani’s style has evolved in the show.
Megha Ray aka Rani from Apna Time Bhi Aayega is one of the most loved characters on the Zee network. The raw energy and innocence in Rani have won over everyone’s heart. In recent episodes, we saw how Rani is stuck in a messy situation where Veer has taken over the blame to save her father Ramadheer. While Rani Sa ordered her to get out of the palace, a determined Rani has set out to get Veer out of Jail. And the way that she stood up to Rani Sa definitely shows how much her character has evolved over this period.
Check out what’s happening on Apna Time Bhi Aayega:
Rani’s journey of evolving from a simple girl in Ballia, to the daughter-in-law of the royal family in Jaipur has been exceptional. Although it’s not just her personality that has changed. Along with it, her fashion has also seen some changes.
Rani was introduced as a small-town girl with big dreams. As she studied in her village she was shown sporting a two braided hairstyle. Whereas, once she arrived at the palace to start working, she switched to a single braid.
Later as we all know, Rani and Veer got married under difficult circumstances. Though Rani Sa never really accepted Rani as her daughter-in-law, the latter always tried to fit in and set a good example. She also started wearing more simpler prints and monochromatic lehengas.
From a completely no-makeup look, our beloved Rani started sporting a light coloured lip tint along with a sleek eyeliner.
Although we’ve been seeing Rani for a while, the first time we saw her with her hair open was during her wedding ceremony in Ballia. And we have to see she looked amazing in this hairdo.
There’s no wonder that Rani decided to stick with the open hair look as that definitely suited her more than the braids. It also denoted how she’s opening up and evolving more as a person.
Then as days passed we saw Rani get all dolled up in her first-ever glam avatar. Our reaction was the same as Kiara’s friend’s reaction. She looked absolutely stunning in that bright red dress with those loose curls and light makeup.
Although Rani and her styling have evolved over a period, she is not someone who would ever forget her roots. This is clearly evident from how she switches between her newly adapted style of wearing monochromatic and minimal printed lehengas, and her typical dual coloured floral printed lehengas.
Rani has surely turned into a butterfly from a caterpillar, all while retaining her internal charm.
