Mental stability!!! Yes I know you don't take it seriously, until you hear something that's alarming…Talk about it fr a few days!!! And then forget it!! Why don't we take it seriously?? Because society has told us do not show your weakness to the world, it shows people how weak you are!! But no one told us it's ohk to be weak at times… It's OK to consult a psychiatrist if you feeling low, mentally unstable … You are not" MAD". I too had been through a phase like that … I too was " MAD" as the society would say!! But if you are waiting for somebody to say that its OK to be unstable, low, down over things that the world feels are small, but are big enof to mentally shake you up !! Hear me out….. ITS OHK TO BE UNSTABLE, LOW, DEPRESSED… ITS OHK TO TAKE HELP, TALK ABOUT YOUR INSECURITIES!! Life is beyond " what people think" or "what is perfect for people I'll show them that!!" As I said EMBRACE YOUR IMPERFECTION!! That's what makes you different!! People used to make fun, will make fun, make your weakness your strength!!! #loveurselffirst

I was roaming in the darkness for quite a while now. I was determined, at the start, to find the answers to my uncalled feelings, but now, I was one with the dark. I could run in any direction without the fear of falling. The anticipation of a scream or any smell had gone away. I was whole with myself, so complete, that anyoneā€™s presence would not affect me, the way it would have. It was strange that there was never an answer to my, being hurt, my confusion, my pain, my anxiety, me feeling unsafe. Thatā€™s when it occurred to me, feeling whatever I felt, negative or positive, is something that keeps me alive. Not every feeling has a source or an answer. We just need to acknowledge, accept, exist. Nothing is permanent, the feeling does go away. Everything does not have to make sense. For sometimes, when you stop looking for something, you may find something greater within you and emerge stronger.. . . Please do take care of your mental well being, we all are in the same storm. You are not alone. #quarantine #chaos #journey Clicked by @sarrikaaaaaa
