As ‘Friday the 13th‘ has rolled around the calendar once again, ZEE5 announced it’s officially original Tamil web series titled Kannamoochi, which is a story about a young (deaf and mute) girl Aishu, who goes missing from her home and her troubled mother Priya, who launches a search for her. Aishu’s missing case unfolds the shocking truth that occurred 20 years ago in the new apartment she recently shifted. One must surely watch Kannamoochi for not only its storyline but also for the actors, performances, thrill and the suspense it carries in it. Priya – A Fearless Lady

Meet Priya, a single mother, who relocates to Chennai along with her deaf and mute daughter, hoping for a better life. However, one fine day, her daughter Aishu goes missing while playing the hide-and-seek game. And her journey, right from searching for her missing daughter to finding shocking truths about the apartment she recently got shifted to, it’s a whole lot of dramatic journey and you don’t want to miss it. The character Priya is being played by actor Poorna, who made her digital debut with Kannamoochi.

Santosh – A Food Delivery Personnel

Meet Santosh (played by Amzath Khan), who will be seen playing the role of food delivery boy in Kannamoochi. Santosh, in the series, has a pivotal role to play; He will be seen supporting and helping Priya (Poorna) in her hunt for her missing daughter. It will be interesting to watch Santosh having a memorable journey on Kannamoochi, which is currently airing on ZEE5. As we can see in the promo, Santosh has a past. He accidentally rams his motorbike into a child, crossing the road. And instead of trying to save her life, he escapes the crime spot. We wonder if that has anything to do with the missing girl Aishu.

Loudersamy – A Loyal Police Officer

Loudersamy (played by actor Bose Venkat) essays the role of a sincere and loyal police officer. He is not only concerned about the little girl, who’s gone missing but also is very determined about solving the case. Bose, who has acted in many popular serials, has given a great performance in Kannamoochi as the supporting role. So, get ready to witness the intense journey of Bose’s character Loudersamy in solving the case on Kannamoochi.
