2 States: Actor Vijayaraghavan is here to entertain you with these LOL moments!

2 States directed by Jacky S Kumar tells the story of an unlikely trio, a son, his father and the grandfather. Their laidback lifestyle is turned around when the son, Hari portrayed by Manu Pillai falls in love with Sushi (Sharanya). This comedy movie makes us all LOL especially with the acting skills of veteran Vijayaraghavan’s on-screen portrayal of grandfather, Apappan. Together with actors Mukesh and Manu Pillai, Vijayaraghavan gives us some of the best comedy scenes in the movie.

1. Apappan traps his own grandson

Apappan is a known trouble maker in the village as he and his friends are constantly on the lookout to break off marriage proposals. They not only make false stories about youngsters but also have fun looking at them perish.

A hilarious moment happens when Apappan gets a taste of his own medicine. When he asks Sushi’s parents why they opposed the proposal for Hari; they remind him of the time when a marriage broker asked his opinion of Hari. Apappan makes us all LOL when he figures out that it was he who trapped Hari in the first place by making false claims for fun.

2. Apappan remembers Vijayan’s first profession

Apappan is always sarcastic of his son Vijayan’s actions as it ends up in trouble all the time. When Vijayan tells Hari’s friends that he will appear in court for his case, Apappan interferes with a flashback. Apappan makes us laugh with the story of Vijayan getting beaten up by a goon who was supposed to go out on bail. Thanks to Vijayan’s poor defence, the man gets life in prison. Hari and his friends instantly look for a backup plan hearing Apappan’s funny story about Vijayan.

3. Hari understands why his father dislikes Apappan

Vijayan always complains to Hari about how Apappan irritates him all the time. Hari understands the reason behind his father’s dislike for Apappan as he goes to the passport office to get his documents checked. He figures out that his Apappan has entered the whole family’s nicknames instead of real names in the documents.

4. Apappan saves his face

Apappan never likes to be a part of the mess made by his son and grandson. Even during emotional moments, Apappan saves his face by cracking a lame one-liner. When Hari starts crying in public due to the separation; Apappan tells everyone in public that he is crying because he is mentally ill. Not only does it make Vijayan awkward, but the fun comment also breaks the emotional moment into something hilarious.
