Jodha reached her mother-in-law's room to express her feelings about Bakshi Banu and told her mother-in-law that Jalal's attitude towards Bhakshi Banu is not right. Jalal's mother told Jodha that it is Akbar's decision and they can't do anything about it. Meanwhile, Bhakshi Banu enters Jalal's room and gives him a gift on his birthday but Jalal asks her to leave the room as he does not want to see her face and at the same time Jodha also enters the room and hears Jalal.
