Akbar comes to meet Ruqaya and sees her smoking the 'hookah'. He gets angry with her for not taking care of her health as she is pregnant. Just then, Hoshiyaar arrives with another 'Hookah' ready for her. Akbar loses his cool and scolds Hoshiyaar. He warns Hoshiyaar against letting Ruqaya smoke. Meanwhile, Ruqaya gets shocked when she learns that a 'Hakim' will be arriving shortly to conduct tests on her and she rushes towards Mahamanga's room to seek her help.
