Rukaiyya Begum prepares herself for a special meeting with Akbar. She later goes to Akbar and tells him that out of all his begums, she is the only one without a child. She asks Akbar if she can have one out of the twin babies that Jodha will be giving birth to. Akbar gets shocked on hearing this and decides to speak to Jodha about it. Later, Shareef-ud-din takes his baby and pretends like he is playing with the baby and caring for it in front of Jodha. Jodha and Zakira see this side of Shareef and are happy to know that Shareef-ud-din has changed for better.
