Akbar weeps on Jodha's shoulders and she consoles him. They come to a consensus that both of them will stay at Salim Chishti's ashram in order to find some peace. As days pass, the entire kingdom seems to be getting back to normal and Akbar goes on to stay a common man's life along with Jodha at the ashram. Suddenly, Akbar sees Jodha vomiting. Akbar panics on seeing this but the hakim gives the news that Jodha is pregnant. On getting to know that he will be a father again, Akbar's face cheers up.
