Akbar, Jodha and Saleem pray to Lord Krishna. Jodha narrates the entire incident that happened between Nadira and Saleem. Akbar goes on to ask Jodha to go out on an outing with him and the two of them, along with Saleem, leave the palace with a troop. On the way, they come to know that there is a gang of dacoit living nearby. So in order to ensure safety, they all camp at a safe place for the night. Suddenly, the dacoits attack the camp at midnight and Saleem hurls his sword at the dacoit and tries to save his mother. The injured dacoit removes his mask and to everyone's surprise, it is Akbar. Akbar feels so happy that Saleem is using his sword at the right time but goes on to scold him as it was because of him that Nadira's father has lost his job.
