Jodha is disturbed looking at Akbar and Saleem's tug of war to such an extent that she gets haunting dreams of the prediction by Shaguni Bai coming to reality. She rushes towards Akbar's chamber and expresses her fear to him. Akbar tries to console her and convinces her that all will be fine as time passes. Jodha feels that good food and eating together can bring Akbar and Saleem close, so she prepares some special dish for them. There in the kitchen Jodha comes to know that Rukaiyya Begum is showing her cruelty towards a girl for a small mistake. Jodha rushes to the place and saves the girl from the situation.
