Saraswati's trial resumes and Kapil again proves that Saraswati is guilty of murdering Bhavishya. He also urges the judge to give the verdict in his favour. However, Damini intervenes and presents few more witnesses in support of her case. Meanwhile, Kshitij and Karan get dejected when they come to know that the ward boy is on leave. They also go to his place, but find his house locked. On the other hand, Lakshmi is overwhelmed with joy when finds a video clip of Bhavishya confessing his crimes. Lakshmi realises that on the day they had trapped and killed Bhavishya, she had accidentally recorded Bhavishya confessing about the anguish he had caused to the Garodia family. Lakshmi immediately rushes to the court. Meanwhile, Kapil sports a vicious smile when Damini fails to provide any vital evidence in support of Saraswati.
