Lakshmi rushes to the court and arrives before the judge can pass the verdict. Lakshmi tells the judge that she has vital evidence which can prove Saraswati's innocence. Damini then requests the judge to consider the evidence before coming to any decision, much to Kapil's annoyance. After watching the video clip, the judge declares that the judgment will be announced the next day. Later, outside the court, Kapil tells Damini to withdraw the case as she is no match for him. However, Damini challenges Kapil that she will win the case this time. The next day, everyone but Kapil, is overwhelmed with joy when the court clears all allegations and charges against Saraswati. Saraswati thanks Damini for saving her life. Later, an overjoyed Damini meets a dejected Kapil and tells him that one should never underestimate women
