Ishwariyamma tells Sarojam about Vasudevan and his daughter, Subhadra from Triprangod. The advocate tells a man about Meghanathan from Kottakkal. Subhadra gets ready for her wedding with Meghanathan.

Meghanathan and Subhadra get married. Meghanathan and his mother, Bhavani, discuss how to take revenge on Vasudevan. Subhadra forbids Vasudevan from going to the temple when the lamp blows out.

Meghanathan and his henchmen deceitfully kill Vasudevan. He performs Vasudevan’s final rites. Bhavani, who takes pride in having killed Vasudevan, sits on the latter’s throne.

Subhadra warns Bhavani and asks her not to sit on her father’s throne. Meghanathan feels insulted when the priest asks him to stand back and let Subhadra perform the rituals.

Meghanathan is angered by Subhadra’s decision to name his child after their family. He shares his plan with Bhavani on influencing the sisters. Radha buys Krishna and Radha dolls.

The priest tells everyone that Radha must handle Devi’s sword instead of Meghanathan. Later, Meghanathan threatens Ishwariyamma when he realises that the latter knows his truth.

Meghanathan threatens Chandramohan and asks him to forget about establishing a bond with Triprangod. Vakkeel scorns Bhavani, who asks him to get Triprangod’s wealth written in Meghanathan’s name.

Krishnan and Radha exchange garlands and declare their commitment to each other. Vakkeel warns Subhadra about Meghanathan. Meghanathan shares his plan with Bhavani to kill Subhadra and her sisters.

Ishwariamma fails to tell Subhadra the truth about Meghanathan. Subhadra doubts if Meghanathan is a threat. Later, Meghanathan threatens Ishwariamma.

Subhadra decides to give the properties of the Triprangod temple to a trust. Bhavani discourages Meghanathan, who decides to kill Subhadra. Chandramohan forbids Krishna from meeting Radha.

Subhadra gives birth to a baby boy. Radha overhears Meghanathan and Bhavani discussing how they killed Ishwariyamma. Radha decides not to tell Subhadra about Meghanathan’s deceit.

Meghanathan turns away the temple committee members and Vakkeel, who comes to see Subhadra. He panics as Subhadra makes her stand clear on finding Ishwariyamma. He executes his plan to kill Subhadra.

The poison begins to affect Subhadra. Radha tells Subhadra about Meghanathan’s hideous intentions. Subhadra and her sisters wait at the temple for Vakkeel to rescue them.

Subhadra asks her sisters to leave her behind, take her baby and escape from Triprangod. She curses Meghanathan before succumbing to her wounds. Vakeel spots Meghanathan wielding a sword at Subhadra.

Chandramohan tries to stop Krishnan from questioning Meghanathan. Meghanathan sheds crocodile tears over Subhadra’s loss in front of the public. Radha meets a woman, who offers to help her.

An enraged Meghanathan decides to kill Subhadra’s siblings. A lady, who takes Radha home, tricks the latter into handing over her jewellery to her. Meghanathan asks Mukundan to find the girls.

Radha tells her sisters that they must change their names. Radha, who changes her name to Anjali, discovers that the lady has stolen her jewels. She recollects Subadra’s words about the jewels.

Anjali hears the priest scold Seethamma for not cleaning the temple premise. Seethamma brings Anjali and the others home. The priest expresses his opinion on what should be the children’s fate.

Anjali gives Achuttan up for adoption. She takes him back as she notices the lady being rude to him. She takes a vow to be with her siblings always.

Meghanathan imagines Subhadra warning him against looking for their son. Achuttan grows into a young boy. Anjali, who looks exactly like Subhadra, prays to God that she soon finds Krishnan.

Anjali grows up to be be a spitting image of Subhadra. Meghanathan makes his stand clear to Bhavani. He is shocked when the doctor tells him that Ishwariyamma is alive.

Anjali and Krishnan reach the temple and pray that they meet each other. Bhasi informs Meghanathan that he has spotted someone like Ishwariyamma at the temple. Bhasi tries to provoke Ishwariyamma.

Anjali convinces Krishnan to lift the Lord’s palanquin. Arya panics as she spots Meghanathan at the temple. Anjali and her sisters take a vow to protect Achuttan from Meghanathan.

Meghanathan tells Mukundan about Ishwariyamma. The temple committee members tell him that Vakkeel’s son might have the temple documents. Anjali roughs up a man, who misbehaves with Arathi.

Anjali gives money to Arya to pursue her dream of joining the Fine Arts College. Meghanathan threatens Vishnu when he refuses to give the documents and tells him how he killed Vakkeel.
