The safety of the 'nagamanikyam' is entrusted to the Nagaraja of the Vasuki clan. Bhairavan asks Rudran to retrieve the 'nagamanikyam, without fear. Vishnu joins Rudran on his trip to Thakshakavanam.

Vishnu returns the ‘nagamanikyam' to Nagaraja when he finds it on the ground. Vishnu’s mother tells Hema about the dangers lurking in the jungle. Nagarani alerts Ananya about how bad the world is.

Rudran seeks the occultist’s help to find the ‘nagamanikyam’. Nagaraja tries to stop Rudran from taking the ‘nagamanikyam' and warns him. Ananya asks Nagarani to rescue Nagaraja.

Vishnu comes across an injured Nagaraja, who entrusts him with the safety of the ‘nagamanikyam’. He prevents Nagaraja from being burnt. Rudran tries to kill Nagarani.

An injured Nagarani sows seeds of revenge in Ananya's mind and passes away. Raakkai warns Vishnu and asks him to leave the jungle. Vishakha advises Ananya against avenging her parents' death.

Rudran’s mother scolds him for going to Thakshakavanam despite her warning against it. Ananya vows to Lord Shiva to avenge her parents’ death. Bhairavan reaches Vishnu’s house to perform a puja.

Ananya ignores Vishakha’s plea to stay and leaves for Vishnu’s house. The amulet on Rudran prevents Ananya from going near his house. Bhairavan alerts Rudran about Nagakanyaka’s presence near him.

Bhairavan warns Rudran about Nagakanyaka’s vengeance. Vishnu decides to save his son, who is critical, with the help of the ‘nagamanikyam’. Everyone shudders when Karnan tells them about the snake.

Vishnu retrieves the book ‘Nagamanikya Manthram’. He apologises to Nagaraja from the bottom of his heart and promises to bring him back to life after 12 years when ‘nagamanikyam’ regains its power.

Rudran prepares his family to leave the house for 12 years. His mother slaps him when he confesses to killing Nagaraja. Vishnu tells Nagaraja that he is leaving but will return to resurrect him.

Bhairavan entraps Ananya with his magic and informs Rudran. Lord Shiva asks Ananya to meditate and wait for 12 years for her release. Rudran tells his friends that he has never regretted his actions.

Bhairavan realises that Ananya has escaped his entrapment. Vishnu’s house gets ready for the ritual. Bhairavan warns Rudran’s family about bad times ahead.

Rudran’s mother shares her fear with him about her family’s safety. The priest tells the family that Arjun will never be spared of the ‘sarpadosham’.

Ananya transforms into a woman and takes Nagarani’s body to a temple. Arjun informs his grandmother that he saved a snake. Rajeshwari conspires against Sarojam. Arjun tells Chitra about Ananya.

Ananya transforms into ‘nagakanyaka’ at midnight as asked by Nagarani. Chitra instigates Arjun’s grandmother against him. Ananya figures out that her ring is with Arjun as she realises it is missing.

Arjun returns the ring to Ananya and confesses his love to her. As Sarojam heads to the temple with the trident Rajeshwari hands her a glass of spiked milk. Malli teases Ananya with Arjun.

Bhairavan informs Rudran that Nagakanyaka is present in Durgapuri. Sarojam, who spots Ananya, wishes to take her home as her daughter. Ananya gets ready to leave with them at the priest’s request.

Bhairavan, who reaches Durgapuri, looks for Nagakanyaka. Sarojam and Vikram take Ananya home. Rudran and Bhairavan murder the priest. Bhairavan wishes to see Nagakanyaka’s doom.

Devarajan prepares to eliminate Ananya. He sees Ananya going out to transform into a snake and tells everyone that she has gone away. However, Devarajan gets confused when he sees Ananya at home.

Arjun learns that Sarojam has taken Ananya away. Mutachchi plans to get Arjun married. Sarojam stops Ananya from leaving the house. Vishnu prepares to get hold of the ‘nagamanikyam’.

Bhairavan tells Rudran about Nagakanyaka’s vengeance and Nagarani’s death. Devarajan pretends to be gentle towards Ananya and later along with Rajeshwari plots to oust her from the house.

Ananya understands that Rajeshwari has been giving Sarojam medicine to keep her infertile. She gears up to kill Vishnu, who possesses the ‘nagamanikyam.’ Arjun sees Ananya at the temple.

Ananya transforms into Malli and goes to Arjun. Sarojam, who is worried about Ananya, asks Vikram to lodge a police complaint. Devarajan and Rajeshwari rejoice over Ananya’s absence.

Arjun, who spots Nagaraja’s lifeless body in the jungle, takes it for research, without knowing the truth. Ananya mistakes Vishnu for Nagaraja’s killer. Vikram and Sarojam rejoice when Ananya returns.

Hema makes her stand clear to Arjun about his marriage. Vikram and Sarojam express their concern to Ananya about her safety. The helper is shocked when he does not find the snake in Arjun’s car.
