A group of greedy friends dig the land near a tree with the hope of finding gold coins. Instead, they find a pot from which comes out a spirit that enters a puppet owned by the deceased Shamsher's granddaughter, Kajri. Later, a mysterious man, named Megh, claims Kajri's bungalow to be his and even shows the property documents to her. Afterwards, the sarpanch accuses Kajri of practising black magic. In a surprising turn of events, she develops a liking towards Megh but her own husband returns.
