Sarla suffers a heart attack because of her anxiety. Suresh and Rachna find her unconscious, and Suresh tells Rachna to inform Pragya. Further, Tanu plans to impress Dadi before resuming her relationship with Abhi. Rachna calls the Mehra house and informs Aakash about Sarla. Later, Pragya learns about Sarla’s heart attack.
