Jhanvi is furious that their dinner plans had been ruined due to Gangaa and she herself speaks to her. Gangaa makes it clear that she was in love with Sagar but since he is now her husband, she does not love him anymore. Jhanvi continues to lay accusations on Gangaa and begins insulting her. Sagar loses her calm and warns her that he can divorce her if he wants to. Jhanvi leaves Gangaa alone but after a stern warning that she will never let Gangaa win. Next morning, Niranjan sees Sagar sleeping in his room and understands that all is well between him and Jhanvi. Later that day, Madhvi pleads with Gangaa to remeber the good she and her family had done to her.
