When Omkar realizes that Niranjan has found out about his escape, he begins to pretend innocent by cooking up a tale about his helplessness. Omkar informs Niranjan and his family about the loss his business has suffered and adds that he was forced to borrow money from people in order to save the life of his ailing wife. Although, Niranjan and Ammaji do believe in his tale, Madhvi, who is now made aware of Omkar's evil act towards Sapna, refuses to trust him. Omkar later decides to apologize to Gangaa personally but begins to threaten the little girl. Gangaa, however, stands fearlessly and does not bother about his threats. Next day, Gangaa is overjoyed as she is certain that Sagar has got her a ticket for his play. But Gangaa is unaware of Omkar's cunning intentions against her.
