Watch: How India's moved from the old to the new Parliament

The Parliament, which is often referred to as the soul of Indian democracy, will shift to a new building on Tuesday on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. Earlier, on Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Lok Sabha in the old Parliament building and recalled the country's Parliamentary journey of 75 years. In his speech, PM Modi also paid tribute to "every brick" of the old Parliament building and said MPs will enter the new complex with "new hope and confidence".
