After Zara and Kabir's discussion of the practice of Triple Talaq goes viral on the internet, they are pressured to get married to one another. Zara comes to learn that she loves Kabir, despite his disinterest, during the course of their married life together. The Hindi romantic TV show was placed in a Muslim setting and attempted to debunk common misconceptions about Islam by addressing modern political, religious, and social concerns such as triple talaq and Sharia law.
