Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse Movie Plot

The story starts when a 14-year-old boy, Miles Morales, gets bitten by a radioactive spider, after which he obtains powers similar to that of Spiderman. Confused about what is going on, he returns to the tunnel where the spider bit him. Soon he sees Spiderman fighting a group of villains headed by kingpin (the movie's main villain) to stop them from starting a collider. 

During the fight, Spiderman helps Miles escape the situation where he realizes that Miles is just like him. No later, the collider is turned on, opening several dimensions. The injured Spiderman provides a virtual drive to Miles to turn off the collider and asks him to run.

Later, the kingpin kills the injured Spiderman. Further in the movie, Spider-mans from different dimensions show up because of the collider. The movie revolves around Miles' adventure, helping them return to their respective dimensions. Towards the end, Mile defeats the kingpin and becomes the only Spiderman in his universe.

The movie was among the best-animated movies in the world. Despite having a $90 million budget, the movie made $375.5 million worldwide. The effects, storyline, and whole movie is incredible to watch.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse movie was awarded 76th Golden Globe Awards, the 72nd British Academy Film Awards, and the 46th Annie Awards. The animation, characters, plot, voice acting, and humor won high accolades from critics. It also won Best Animated Feature at the 91st Academy Awards.
