Saathi
Saathi is a 1991 drama starring Aditya Pancholi, Mohsin Khan and Varsha Usgaonkar. Suraj and Amar are brothers who as children saw their father being brutally beaten up by a cop. They grow up to become small-time criminals. Suraj wants to become rich and so he continues with his criminal ways. But Amar quits. Suraj kills dreaded gangster Pasha and becomes the gang leader himself. Amar thinks that Suraj is lost in the world of crime, but when Sultan asks Suraj to kill Amar, he refuses.
