Chakravyuh-A War You Cannot Escape
Chakravyuh is a 2012 Hindi film packed with many thriller events making it an action rollercoaster. Police are the protectors of the public, but what if that protector fails to protect its citizens? What action will they take?
The plot of this action film revolves around a police officer who when facing a group of Maoists, finds himself unable to do anything. In such a desperate situation, he had to trust in his friend to help him defeat the group. This film is about the duo’s thrilling adventures in defeating the Maoists. Prakash Jha is the Chakravyuh director, and the script of Chakravyuh was written by Anjum Rajabali and Sagar Pandya.

Chakravyuh Plot
Adil Khan (played by Arjun Rampal) is a well-decorated police officer with many achievements throughout his career. Thus, he was assigned the case of a group of Maoists. However, this case was different from the ones he had dealt with in the past, making him unable to do anything. But to help him out, his friend Kabir stepped in, presenting him with a strategy to defeat the group. After executing the plan, Kabir (played by Abhay Deol) infiltrated the Maoists and started informing their goals to Adil.
This made the Maoists’ plan fail even before it could ever begin. Everything was going just as planned, and they were able to catch a lot of them. But infiltrating the group for too long also had its side effects, as Kabir started to sympathize with them. Now Kabir is stuck in a ‘Chakravyuh’ situation, which can’t be evaded where he is in a mental battle with himself. The story revolves around whether Kabir sides with the Maoists or helps his friend Adil.
