Aamir Khan’s Daughter Ira Khan Launches A Foundation For Mental Health

The Covid-19 situation is just worsening with every passing day. With the whole world under a lockdown-like situation, mental health issues are on a rise. Lately, we’ve heard more cases of people going into depression, ending their lives and whatnot. During these trying times, Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan has come forward to help those in need with the Agatsu Foundation. The foundation is Ira Khan’s new venture which will be helping anybody suffering from depression, anxiety or any other mental health condition.

Ira Khan has always been an advocate for mental health awareness. She’s always spoken about these issues very openly. In fact, when the star-kid herself was suffering from depression, she came online and addresses the issue with her followers. Ira is often seen sharing motivational talks and frequently gives health tips as well. And this new venture of hers will further amplify her reach to those who truly need her help.

Ira shared a video on her Instagram handle with the caption, “I proudly present… Agatsu Foundation.” She started off by talking about how she got a tattoo when she turned 21 that read “If we won’t, who will?”. She further admits that although it might sound cheesy, it’s something she lives by. She later talks about launching Agatsu Foundation is her “first tangible step” in embracing what her tattoo says.
