Simpoo and Chimpoo are excited about the Park's inauguration. Soon after, everyone from the society excitedly inaugurates the park by planting trees in the park. Later, Pandu is attacked by a ghost which is why they shut the park for a while. This upsets Simpoo and Chimpoo, so they try to investigate the case. Meanwhile, they see the secretary entering the park who is scheming to sell the park to a builder in return of a lot of money. Finally, Chimpoo and Simpoo, lay a trap to catch the culprit.
