Agga Bai Sasubai: Will Asawari Finally Give Up On Soham And Move On With Life?

Recent developments on Agga Bai Sasubai have showcased some major family drama, leaving the audience super emotional about the surprising turn of events. Soham has finally revealed his true nature and is now the owner of Abhijit’s entire business. Sudden gain of wealth has made him more conceited and immodest than he already was, putting Asawari in a dilemma.

When Soham learns that Abhijit has named Shubhra the successor of his business, he loses his mind and devices a plan to overtake Abhijit’s empire. In a bid to acquire his wealth, Soham starts pouring kerosene on himself and expresses his utter hatred for Asawari when she tries to stop him. Finally, his plans come to fruition when in a rage of fury Abhijit gives his whole property to Soham.

After acquiring his wealth, Soham still has no ounce of guilt for his actions or humbleness towards Abhijit. He humiliates and rebukes Abhijit and asks him to apologise, but Abhijit refuses to do so. Not being able to take this madness anymore, he and Asawari decide to leave the house behind and start a new life together.

Coming to his senses, Soham stops Asawari and begs her to stay stating that he has enough money to keep her happy. Asawari, still keeping her poise, explains to Soham that her happiness cannot be bought with money. She blesses Soham and decides to leave with Abhijit anyway, claiming that her happiness lies with her husband and that she does not care about being wealthy. A heartbroken Soham longingly looks at his Aai as she tearfully exits the house.

Asawari has always had a soft corner for her beloved Babdya and has turned a blind eye to his unforgivable wrongdoings several times. Soham has always taken the advantage of this and gotten away with most of his mistakes. This time, Asawari should definitely not forgive him and must teach him a lesson even if it breaks her heart. Even though it seemed that Soham genuinely wanted his mother to stay, Asawari was quite adamant about leaving. Maybe this time she will not let him off easily and Soham will finally regret for his mistakes.
