Rani requests Jogmaya to allow her to bring the villagers in Marh house. Soon, a group of villagers arrive at the Marh house, which infuriates Sukumari and Didimaa. Padma behaves rudely with Rani, which makes Rani change her decision. However, Chandra asks Rani to stay firm. Chandra gives Dugga money before she takes her leave. Padma chides Kumari for playing with girls, who are affected by the plague. Rani gets scared when Padma talks of dying due to the plague.
