Preeta and Srishti leave for Mumbai - Kundali Bhagya
Dr Preeta and Srishti, daughters of Raghuveer and Sarla Arora, hurriedly board the train from Nashik to Mumbai. An upset Preeta reflects on her life in Nashik, where she had worked as a physiotherapist. Preeta recollects the birthday party of her childhood friend, Deepak, who had tried to steal a kiss from her, but she had disallowed him to kiss her. On the day of Preeta and Deepak’s engagement, an inebriated Raghuveer arrives at the house, which makes Srishti and Preeta panic.
Preeta calls off her engagement - Kundali Bhagya
Before her engagement to Deepak, Preeta escorts an inebriated Raghuveer safely to a room. Further, Preeta calls off her engagement to Deepak due to dowry. Raghuveer falls unconscious and is hospitalised immediately. A dying Raghuveer makes Preeta promise that she will unite with their real family in Mumbai. Srishti and Preeta reach Mumbai. Preeta ponders over Srishti and her uncertain future. Later, Preeta loses the address given by Raghuveer, which was the only link to her mother.
Preeta gets hit by Karan's car - Kundali Bhagya
Preeta is upset on losing her mother’s Mumbai address. While crossing the road, Preeta is hit by the car of a famous cricketer, Karan Luthra, who arrogantly gives her cash as compensation for her accident. A rockstar, Abhishek Mehra, saves Preeta and Srishti from some goons on a deserted street. Srishti is elated to see the rockstar. Later, Abhishek decides to take Preeta and Srishti to his mother-in-law, Sarla Arora’s house as Sarla wanted to rent out her daughter, Pragya's unoccupied room.
Preeta-Srishti reach Sarla's home - Kundali Bhagya
An emotional Sarla tells Daljeet Arora, Raghuveer's mother and Daljeet, that she is longing to meet her missing daughters. Soon, Abhishek enters Sarla’s house and introduces Preeta and Srishti as Sarla’s new paying guests. When an inebriated Karan enters his house, his elder brother, Rishabh Luthra, reprimands him. Rishabh advises Karan to be serious about his cricketing career. The next morning, Preeta accidentally bumps into a poor boy, who has stolen food from Rishabh.
Preeta exposes Baani's lie - Kundali Bhagya
Preeta requests Rishabh to forgive the hungry child who has stolen his food. Soon after, Rishabh and his grandmother, Baani Luthra, visit the same hospital where Preeta is applying for a job. On spotting Dadi fake an injury caused by Dr Sonali Kulkarni, Preeta exposes her lie to Rishabh and the doctor. The posters of a model, Tanushri Mehta, in Pragya's room angers Sarla. Later, Preeta witnesses Karan insulting his girlfriend and convinces her to file a police complaint against him.
Sarla asks Preeta and Srishti to leave home - Kundali Bhagya
Karan sees Preeta’s molestation charge as a means to extort money for previous night’s car accident. He learns that Sanya, his girlfriend, has filed a police complaint and coaxes her to withdraw the charges. An argument between Srishti and Sarla lead to Sarla asking Preeta and Srishti to vacate her house the next morning. At the Luthra house, when Dadi complains of her aching leg, Abhishek suggests Preeta’s name as a physiotherapist to Rishabh. Later, Abhishek informs Preeta about her new job.
Sarla learns that Preeta-Srishti are her daughters - Kundali Bhagya
Preeta considers Abhishek as her saviour. The next day, Preeta’s entry at the Luthra residence leads to a lot of confusion. Elsewhere, Sarla’s servant complains that Srishti has stolen her gold ring. When Sarla searches Srishti’s luggage for the missing gold ring, she stumbles upon a photo album that reveals Preeta and Srishti are her daughters. At the Luthra residence, Preeta introduces herself to Baani as her new physiotherapist, and they both recollect their awkward incident at the hospital.
Rishabh hires Preeta - Kundali Bhagya
Baani and Karan convince Rishabh that Preeta is not a capable physiotherapist. Rishabh asks Preeta to resign from the job. Elsewhere, Sarla wants to share exciting news with Pragya. Sarla’s phone call is received by Pragya’s look-alike, who has been hired by Abhishek’s sister, Aliya Mehra. At night, Baani sprains her leg while stepping out of the car, and Preeta unexpectedly arrives to aid her. Seeing Preeta relieve Baani's pain, Rishabh decides to rehire Preeta, much to Baani's disappointment.
Sarla allows Srishti and Preeta to live with her - Kundali Bhagya
Dadi is suspicious about Pragya’s look-alike, but Sarla disagrees. At the Luthra residence, Mahesh Luthra, his wife, Rakhi Luthra, and Kareena's daughter, Kritika, return from Jaipur. Kareena, Mahesh's sister, is excited about Kritika's wedding shopping done in Jaipur. Meanwhile, Sarla allows Preeta and Srishti to prolong their stay for a month provided they pay the entire rent. Elsewhere, Rakhi mistakes Preeta to be Rishabh’s prospective bride sent by Sarita, a matchmaker.
Rishabh apologises to Preeta - Kundali Bhagya
On behalf of Rakhi, Rishabh apologises to Preeta for being misunderstood as his prospective bride. When probed by Preeta, Rishabh shares the reason for not marrying. Soon after, Baani’s mischief leads to another spat between Karan and Preeta. Srishti auditions for Shining Brand’s next advertisement with Karan. However, she is rejected for her height by Karan’s cousin, Sameer Luthra. Later, Sarla is upset as Srishti considers Sarla’s enemy, Tanushri, as her role model.
Srishti lands up in jail - Kundali Bhagya
When Sarla scolds Srishti for choosing Tanushri as her role model, she decides to vacate Sarla’s house immediately. At the Luthra residence, Dadi and Karan are constantly judging Preeta’s intentions. An impulsive decision to pay Sarla’s rent lands Srishti in jail. Upon learning that Srishti is in jail, Sarla and Preeta rush to rescue her. When Inspector Chavhan maligns Preeta and Srishti, an angry Sarla protest and finally announces her relation to the sisters.
Srishti and Preeta learn that Sarla is their mother - Kundali Bhagya
A furious Sarla stops the inspector from further accusing her daughters, Preeta and Srishti. Preeta and Srishti are shocked at Sarla’s revelation. Soon, Rishabh immediately leaves his business meeting after Preeta requests his help to get Srishti released from jail. Rishabh reaches the police station in time and helps expedite Srishti's release. Srishti decides to not live with Sarla. Later, Preeta has to make a choice to either follow Srishti or stay back with Sarla.
Sarla demands rent from Srishti and Preeta - Kundali Bhagya
When Preeta and Srishti decide to leave Sarla’s house, Sarla demands her rent. Preeta promises a disheartened Srishti that they will pay off the rent and leave Sarla’s house soon. At the Luthra residence, Rakhi is busy finding a bride for Rishabh, while he daydreams about Preeta. Elsewhere, Srishti sacrifices her aspiration to be a model and decides to earn money from a regular job. Later, Karan’s car breaks down, which leads to his another co-incidental meeting with Preeta.
Preeta wins the hearts of the Luthras - Kundali Bhagya
While eavesdropping on Karan and Preeta’s conversation, Rakhi misinterprets their argument as love. Elsewhere, Sarla is worried about losing Preeta and Srishti again. She is upset as she has been intentionally rude to Preeta and Srishti so that their stay in her house gets extended. Dadi comforts Sarla not to lose hope. At the Luthra residence, the event organiser, Vandy, introduces her new assistant, Srishti, to Kareena. Later, Preeta slowly wins the hearts of the Luthras.
Kareena instigates Srishti - Kundali Bhagya
A jealous Kareena instigates Srishti to injure Preeta and earn a double salary. However, Rishabh saves Preeta in time. A nostalgic Sarla recalls her daughters’ childhood, and Dadi tries to comfort her. At the Luthra residence, a jar of paint accidentally falls on Sameer, and a baffled Srishti goes to his aid. Srishti recognises him and recollects their first bitter encounter. Later, Rakhi requests Preeta to convince Rishabh for marriage, and the latter agrees gladly.
Kareena insults Preeta - Kundali Bhagya
Kareena insults Preeta and accuses her of having malicious intent behind working at the Luthra house. However, Preeta denies Kareena's allegations. When Rishabh is unable to rent a conference hall, Preeta suggests Kumkum Bhagya, a marriage hall owned by Sarla. At night, Srishti refuses to eat the food cooked by Sarla and forces Preeta to starve as well. Later, Kareena rejects Rakhi's selection for Rishabh's bride as she wants her influential friend's daughter to marry Rishabh.
Tanushri learns a shocking truth - Kundali Bhagya
When Preeta learns that Kumkum Bhagya is under a debt of INR 3 lakhs, she decides to help Sarla. The next day, Kritika refuses to wear her mother’s ancestral necklace, but she agrees when Preeta convinces her. Karan flirts with Preeta only to annoy her further, but Preeta is perplexed at his sudden change in behaviour. A worried Preeta seeks Pragya’s help to pay off the debt on Kumkum Bhagya. However, Tanushri receives Preeta's call on Pragya's phone and is shocked at Preeta's revelation.
Tanushri mocks Sarla - Kundali Bhagya
Tanushri tells Preeta that she will settle Sarla’s debts, only if Sarla agrees to get her married to Abhishek. Preeta is disgusted by Tanushri’s malicious motive. Tanushri calls Sarla to mock at her problems, which infuriates Sarla. On Rakhi’s request, Preeta explains to Rishabh the importance of marital life and convinces him to get married. Later, during Kritika’s engagement preparations, Preeta learns that Srishti is working at the Luthra house as a wedding planner.
Preeta accused of theft - Kundali Bhagya
Though Srishti and Preeta are working at the Luthra house, Srishti tells Preeta that no one should know that they are sisters. An upset Sarla tells Dadi that Preeta had disclosed their family problem to Tanushri. At the Luthra house, Kareena notices the missing ruby in Kritika’s necklace and instantly accuses Preeta of stealing it. Later, an enraged Srishti shouts at Kareena for falsely accusing Preeta, and the Luthras find out that Srishti and Preeta are sisters.
Rishabh proves Preeta’s innocence - Kundali Bhagya
Kareena decides to call the police to arrest Preeta for stealing the ruby. However, Rishabh immediately defends Preeta. When Srishti informs Sarla about the situation with Preeta, Sarla goes to the Luthra house to save her. Rishabh proves Preeta’s innocence and rescues her from the theft accusation. Soon, Baani, Mahesh and Rakhi apologise to Sarla. Rishabh asks Preeta to forgive his family for maligning her and pleads Srishti and her to stay back for Kritika’s engagement.
Sofia's revelation stuns Karan - Kundali Bhagya
Kritika apologises to Preeta for being insulted by the Luthras. Srishti realises her new found affection for Sarla. Preeta thanks Rishabh for helping her. Rishabh is gradually getting attracted towards Preeta. At Kritika and Akshay’s engagement, Karan playfully dissuades Akshay from marriage, but the latter refuses to budge. Sofia arrives at the Luthra house and tells Karan that her parents have agreed for Karan and her engagement. Later, Sofia's revelation stuns Karan.
Sherlyn enters Luthra house - Kundali Bhagya
Akshay and Sameer come up with an idea of how Karan can avoid his engagement with Sofia. Soon after, Kritika and Akshay get engaged. After the ring exchange ceremony, an enthusiastic Ruchika creates a party atmosphere and invites all couples to the dance floor. Rishabh enjoys a dance with Preeta, while Sameer and Srishti are forced to dance together. Karan doesn’t miss his chance to flirt with Preeta. Later, Rishabh’s prospective bride, Sherlyn, enters the engagement party.
Sherlyn suspects Preeta and Rishabh - Kundali Bhagya
Rakhi introduces Preeta to Sherlyn as the person, who had convinced Rishabh for marriage. Further, Sherlyn suspects a romantic connection between Rishabh and Preeta. Preeta assures Sherlyn that she and Rishabh are just friends. Karan seeks Srishti’s help to get rid of Sofia. Srishti wants to avenge her failure at the audition due to Sameer but does not succeed in her plan. Later, Rishabh misunderstands Sherlyn as the model selected for the Luthras’ Shining brand.
Karan and Sofia argue - Kundali Bhagya
Preeta enters Karan’s bathroom in search of tissues and bumps into him. Preeta and Karan argue with each other. Karan confronts Preeta and asks if she is in a relationship with Rishabh, but she completely denies. Elsewhere, Kareena scolds Srishti for not arranging tissues for guests. When Karan steps out of the bathroom alone, he finds Sofia in his room. Sofia suspects that Karan was flirting with a girl in his bathroom. In Karan’s bathroom, Preeta secretly enjoys Sofia arguing with Karan.
Rishabh misunderstands Rakhi's choice for him - Kundali Bhagya
Karan remembers Srishti’s idea to get rid of Sofia. He lies to Sofia that he is having an affair with Preeta. Preeta negates this, but Sofia believes Karan. A dejected Sofia blurts out to Kritika and Srishti that Preeta and Karan are having an affair. Even though they are surprised, Kritika and Srishti are happy for Preeta and Karan. Rakhi is delighted to know that Sherlyn likes Rishabh. Later, some confusion leads to Rishabh misunderstanding Preeta to be Rakhi’s choice for him.
