Subramani is taken aback when Ragini demands the entire dowry amount. He hides about it from Indira. However, Indira spots Subramani going to pawn the ornaments. Later, Mani steals the ornaments.

Indira argues with Gautam for knocking her down with his car. Subramani fears when the ornaments go missing and seeks time from Ragini to pay the dowry. Gautam holds Indira when she falls.

Chandra and Subramani give Ragini the ornaments instead of money. Subramani slaps Indira, who humiliates Ragini on learning about it. Indira threatens Jaya as she tries to halt the marriage.

Jaya and Ragini, with a motive, consent for Kavya and Kathir’s marriage. Subramani slaps Indira when he discovers their deceit. Chandra stops Indira, who decides to halt Kavya’s marriage.

Subramani apologises to Ragini on behalf of Indira. Gautam helps Indira as she struggles to wear the bangles. Jaya pretends to be unwell and refuses to attend Kathir’s marriage.

Gautam is impressed by Indira, who welcomes Kathir. Indira learns the reason behind Jaya’s absence at the marriage and decides to disclose the truth about her to Gautam, but Ragini stops Indira.

Subramani asks Indira to swear not to tell anyone the truth. Kathir and Kavya get married. Ragini refuses when Subramani and Chandra ask her to have the food.

Indira blackmails Ragini and forces her to eat. Gautam and Indira guide Kathir and Kavya to pose for the photo shoot. Subramani pleads with Ragini, who decides to leave the marriage hall.

Indira apologises and stops Ragini as she leaves for her village with her family. Ragini ignores her apology and challenges Indira instead. An upset Indira expresses her concern to Gautam.

Indira is happy when the van breaks down and Ragini is unable to return. However, Ragini suspects Indira and argues with her. Later, Kathir and Kavya participate in the post-wedding games.

Ragini’s statement about ill-treating Kavya leaves Chandra worried. Gautam and Indira spend romantic moments together. Ragini panics on seeing Indira and Gautam participating in a musical game.

Despite knowing Gautam’s deceit, Indira lies to Ragini to save him. While Chandra worries about Indira, Subramani stops her from accompanying the family to the temple when Ragini sets a condition.

Chandra leaves the money to be offered at home. Indira rushes to the temple and handsover the money to the temple priest. Subramani denies when Ragini claims of spotting Indira at the temple.

The priest informs Subramani that Indira had visited the temple, but handles Ragini, who questions them. While Gautam helps Indira to attend the family puja, Ragini looks for Indira in the temple.

Though Gautam admires Indira’s innocence, he is unsure if she loves him. The priest scares Ragini when she enquires about Indira. Later, Indira pleads with Ragini, who threatens to expose her.

Indira is worried as Ragini states that she will harass Kavya. Subramani hands over the money to Ragini, but Jaya refuses to accept it. Indira stages an act to accompany Kavya to her in-laws' house.

Ramachandran tells Indira that he will accompany Kavya to her house. Indira argues with Jaya for insulting her and Gautam gets angry with her. Later, Jaya tests Kavya.

When challenged by Indira, Jaya carries the pot without spilling the water. But Kavya spills the water from the pot, so Jaya scolds Indira. Later, Jaya gives Kavya the task of lighting a lamp.

Ramachandran tries to calm Jaya, who asks Indira to leave the house. Jaya makes a promise when Indira pretends to apologise and warns her.

Jaya and Ragini conspire against Indira. As planned, Jaya stages an act and makes Ramachandran scold Indira. Later, Kavya asks Indira to leave the house.
