Chef Sanjay gives a warm welcome to the audience. He then makes green chilli and milk curry. He fries the chillis till they are partially soft. He then adds milk and cooks it on low flame. He adds garam masala, amchur and the required spices to it. Next, he serves it with rice. Later, he makes raw banana and chicken curry. He fries dried coconut, red chilli and spices. He then adds chicken along with raw banana. He cooks them together till they gain consistency.
