Raman Raghav 2.0

Ramanna, a serial killer, surrenders to the police for committing nine murders. But he soon escapes from the prison and kills his sister and her family. Raghavan, a police officer finds Ramanna’s photograph at the crime scene and confirms that it is Ramanna’s handiwork. Ramanna constantly surveils Raghavan and his girlfriend Simi as he believes that Raghavan is his soulmate and is very much like him.
