Gangadhar and Laxmi Bai spend some special moments with Anand Rao. Laxmi Bai takes Gangadhar's blessings to accomplish her mission. Without Gangadhar's knowledge, Laxmi Bai and the ministers accost Nelson, who creates unrest amongst the people. Laxmi Bai urges the people of Jhansi to fight Nelson.
