Uday Kumar Shirurkar, the Assistant Municipal Commissioner, prepares a list of select employees and unexpectedly calls them in for a meeting. Worried about possibly losing their jobs, the employees are shocked when Shirurkar instead announces that they’ve been chosen to complete their 10th-grade education within the year. The group includes Sakharam Manchekar, Maruti Kadam, Pravin, Jayshree, and a few others, while Apsara Jadhav, whose name isn’t on the list, also decides to join them.

The employees begin attending night school classes led by Nilesh Mali Sir. Initially, everyone struggles to adjust, juggling their jobs and personal challenges. Manchekar, nearing retirement, shows little interest, and tensions rise when Maruti collapses in class from stress. Manchekar urges the group to quit, causing a setback. Nilesh Sir, troubled by the situation, meets with Shirurkar, who shares why these 23 BMC employees were chosen. Now, it’s up to Nilesh Sir to bring them all back and help them believe in their second chance.
