Raj informs the media that Maanvi's marriage with Rahul was a love marriage and Awanthi too supports Raj's statement. Later, Maanvi is taken inside the house and Raj begins to shout at her. He asks her to prepare food for the fifty guests that will be arriving during the evening. Rahul speaks to Awanthi and tries to apologize to her for having left her. But Awanthi acts unaffected and adds that they are still friends. Sujoy tries his best to bring and end to Upamayu but Shilpa's presence does not allow him to do so.
