The rituals of Saloni's baby shower continue. It's Tara's turn to perform the ritual, so Kalika offers to carry Aditya but Veer takes him away. Veer takes Aditya to the kitchen to comfort him. Meanwhile, Kaveri reaches Samar's house and is furious to learn from the domestic help that Samar has gone to Ginni's house with Nikita. On the other hand, Veer gets a phone call, so he leaves Aditya on the bench. Just then, everyone begins to dance and celebrates the occasion. Saloni notices Aditya heading towards the fireplace in the kitchen and rushes to save him but trips on the way and lands on her stomach. Saloni is taken to the hospital. Everybody is devastated and inconsolable. Veer blames himself for his carelessness and weeps. Bhabho thinks about the Sacred Bull and prays to God. Ambica phones Samar but he disconnects, as Nikita is asleep. Tara prays to God to protect Saloni and her baby. Kshitij and Kalika are not too pleased to see the whole family unite with Saloni's accident. Kalika replies that she always knew it'd be tough to break the family but says they must think of a way to take advantage of the situation. Ishan pacifies Nahar and urges him not to cry. Just then, the doctor says that Saloni is very serious and they will need to bring out the baby at once.
