Upamanyu and his son are surprised when they learn that Maanvi has paid the amount for the franchisee papers. Upamanyu calls up Maanvi to thank her but the connection is not clear and she fails to hear her father's voice. Moments later, Raj calls up Maanvi and asks her to keep the cash ready. Maanvi goes to her room and is horrified upon learning that the cash from the room has been stolen. In her hesitation, she ends up ordering for the wrong flavour of cake, unaware that Rahul is allergic to that flavour. Maanvi tries calling Rahul several times, but Awanthi switches off the phone.
