Dance India Dance 7 Grand Finale: Kareena Kapoor Khan Crowns Unreal Crew As The Winner

Jodhpur’s Unreal Crew were crowned the winner of Dance India Dance 7: Battle of the Champions. The seventh season of India’s popular dance-based reality show Dance India Dance concluded with a grand finale episode on Sunday night. Judges Kareena Kapoor Khan, Bosco Martis, Raftaar performed on a medley of their hit songs while ‘King of Contemporary,’ choreographer Terence Lewis, who has judged the previous seasons of DID, grooved too. Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Farhan Akhtar were seen in attendance too, to promote their upcoming film The Sky is Pink.

Aditya Seal, of Namaste England and Student of the Year 2 fame, who is all set to headline Bosco’s upcoming dance film, made his presence felt at the do as he shook a leg with the renowned choreographer-turned-director. For those unaware, Akshay Pal and Pranshu-Kuldeep of West ke Singhams, Mukul Gain from East ke Tigers and I am Hip Hop of South ke Thalaivas competed with Unreal Crew to lift the coveted trophy. The troop from Jodhpur receives a cash prize of Rs 5 lakh and also bagged a chance to feature in Bosco’s impending project, as promised at the beginning of the season. Dance India Dance 7 will now be replaced by another popular reality show, a comedy game show called Movie Masti With Maniesh Paul. The show will feature a filmy family comprising of Ali Asgar, Monalisa, Paritosh Tripathi, Balraj Syal while Maniesh is the host. It goes on air on 5 October 2019, Saturday-Sunday 9:30 pm.
