This pacy thriller is written by noted Bengali author Shirshendu Mukhopadhyay. Ebar Shobor is the story of the divorced woman Mitali Ghosh (played by Swastika), who gets murdered. Kolkata Police detective Shabor Dasgupta (played by Saswata Chatterjee) takes over the investigation. The prime suspects? Ex husband Mithu Mitra (played by Abir Chatterjee), secret admirer Samiran (played by Rahul Banerjee) and Pantu Halder (played by Ritwick Chakraborty), a local boy she once eloped with.

Hello Kolkata is the story of four couples. Raima (played by Swastika) is married to Pratik (played by Amitabha Bhattacharya). Pratik is an alcoholic and that creates trouble in their marriage as he subjects Raima to mental and physical torture. But she holds on because of her daughter. What will she do now? In Take One, Swastika plays the role of actor Doel Mitra, who becomes famous after a sex scene she had shot goes viral online. She is criticised and judged, making her feel miserable. At the same time though, she is busy shooting for a mythological play where she is playing the role of Sita. What happens to her new project now?

Swastika, Riya Sen and Paoli Dam star in this 2015 drama. This Mainak Bhowmick direction exposes the not-so-rosy side that each family tries to carefully hide behind the love and the cheerfulness. Family Album is at once a hilarious and a sad take on family life.
