Sonalee Kulkarni and Prarthana Behere recently teamed up to give out some ‘workout from home’ motivation and it was truly inspiring. Read on. 

With the rampant coronavirus spreading alarmingly fast, the cases are on a rise. Keeping this in mind, it is advisable to stay indoors as much as possible. While staying indoors is important, it is also important to keep our health in check which might be difficult at times. That is why, actress Sonalee Kulkarni and Prarthana Behere recently teamed up to provide some ‘workout from home’ motivation and it was truly inspiring.

Both Sonalee Kulkarni and Prarthana Behere are fitness enthusiasts who keep sharing their workout videos on Instagram. They recently came together for an online workout session and it was quite motivational. Sharing the video on social media, Kulkarni wrote, ‘here’s some motivation for you all amidst lockdown 2021’.

In the video, Sonalee and Prarthana can be seeing practising various yoga asanas and stretching exercises with their trainer. They are wearing simple and comfortable workout clothes and have left their face make-up free. Sonalee further added in her caption that health and fitness are not just for good appearance but also for living healthy, and we can’t agree enough on this!

Prarthana Behere, on the other hand, is of the opinion that ‘fitness is no more a luxury, it’s a necessity’. She thinks just like food and water, a workout is also something that our body demands. Both the actresses emphasized the importance of being healthy and fit, especially during this ‘rough patch’ that is the lockdown.

Many of their fans took to the comment section to thank Sonalee for the motivating words. A fan wrote, ‘thanks for the guidance.. also, ma’am stay safe and post more online training videos’. While other fans simply praised her for giving out #fitnessgoals.
