Despite the pandemic hurdle, Bollywood filmmaker Rohit Shetty has recently been toasting the triumph of his most recent film, Sooryavanshi, which grossed a respectable sum at the box office. In a recent episode on Bigg Boss 15, Rohit indicated that Salman Khan’s Chulbul Pandey would show up in his cop-verse. Rohit Shetty and Katrina Kaif visited sets of Bigg Boss 13 last week to promote their film Sooryavanshi, and they got engaged in a fascinating talk with host Salman Khan. He teased a probable confluence between Dabangg and his cop-verse, and the notion has already proven popular among followers. When asked about the concept in an interview, the director declined to accept or refute the rumours.

When asked if he and Salman Khan may collaborate on his cop-verse, he stated, “It’s like we’ve talked about it, but we haven’t begun scripting it.” It’s really too early to discuss anything. I’m now communicating with him, and we’ll be filming Cirkus’ final schedule in a week. Everything hasn’t happened yet, but there’s still time. It’ll occur when it’ll occur. But for the time being, we’re back to shooting Cirkus.”

“I feel blessed and I would want to applaud the audiences, that they come in such great numbers,” Rohit Shetty remarked of the audience for witnessing Sooryavanshi in theatres. Since Maharashtra is at 50 percent capacity, Sooryanvanshi might well have generated the same amount of business if it had been introduced two years ago. But the kind of pleasure or delight that this movie has provided to my life is something I could never fail to notice.”

For the uninitiated, the filmmaker has already revealed two new projects, one of which stars Ranveer Singh and is the third edition of the Singham franchise. He originally scheduled the release of Singham 3 for Independence Day 2023, which is slated to contain a cross-border action drama. Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh, who are also part of Rohit’s cop-verse, are speculated to make cameo appearances in the film.
