Prema Entha Madhuram 29 September 2021 Upcoming Story: Arya learns that Anu was drugged

In the next episode, Dr. Srikanth gets perplexed on reading Anu’s blood sample reports. He then informs Arya and Jende that the reports have come and the presence of a harmful drug has been recognised. Jende asks him how that’s possible since Anu had fasted the whole day and did not consume anything. The doctor tells him that it’s a mystery, but the drug itself caused Anu a heart-stroke. He also explains that the drug is not generally found easily and its a powerful medicine prescribed only to cardiac patients in very rare cases. When Arya asks him about Anu’s current condition, the doctor tells him that they’re in a hopeless situation. Jende requests the doctor to do whatever it takes to save Anu, but he says that Anu was brought to the hospital too late and they also cannot predict how well she will respond to the treatment, adding that it would be a miracle if she survives. A heartbroken Arya goes to Anu and gets teary-eyed as he talks to her. Will history repeat itself and make Arya lose his love again?

In the previous episodes, we saw how Meera changed her mind and threw away the tablets, but Raghupati picked them up and spiked a bottle of water. He gave the water to Padma, who gave it to Subbu and Anu as well. Shortly after, Anu started feeling dizzy and became weak. With the determination of getting married to Arya no matter what, Anu tolerated the symptoms of the powerful drug until the very end.
