Nivedita Saraf Aka Agga Bai Sasubai’s Asawari Tests Positive For COVID-19; Puts Herself In Home Quarantine

The nation continues to suffer because the rapid spread of coronavirus with alarming number of active cases of the disease. Coronavirus has taken over the entertainment industry as well with several artists contracting it. Recently, Nivedita Saraf aka Agga Bai Sasubai‘s Asawari tested positive for COVID-19. The actress had reportedly developed mild symptoms and has put herself under home quarantine. Nivedita shared this news with her fans on Instagram and was hopeful to join the shoot soon.

Nivedita is currently receiving love for her role of Asawari on the show Agga Bai Sasubai which has made her Maharashtra’s beloved mother. The actress was working with a rigorous shooting schedule to entertain her fans. Amidst this, Nivedita noticed that she has minor symptoms and decided to get herself tested. After reports suggested that she has contracted COVID-19, the actress immediately isolated herself at home to prevent further spread. Thankfully, her co-stars Tejashri Pradhan, Girish Oak, Ashutosh Patki and the crew members have all tested negative but the shoots have been stalled nonetheless. Nivedita shared a video informing everyone about the recent happenings and revealed that she’s recovering quick. The talented actress looked optimistic to rejoin the sets and continue with the shoots.
