Monday Motivation With Ramesh

ZeeKannada #WeekendWithRamesh4 #MondayMotivationWithRamesh

Ramesh begins by talking about wrestlers who initially start off at the lowest difficulty level, for example, using 10kgs weights. Soon, he increases the challenge by increasing the weights to like 15 kgs, then 20 kgs, so on and so forth. Mr Aravind’s point here is that only if the wrestler increases the weights does his mass increase too. Our life is also the same. More often than not, we must always keep trying new challenges and taking the difficulty level up a notch. If you keep following the same routine every day and ask for exceptional results that’s almost like asking for the moon; very difficult. As said by Mr Aravind himself, “You must escape from the comfort zone and do something bigger, more responsible.”

He gives us two more examples, the first one being health. It’s not unknown to us that a few things are not good for our health, like tobacco etc. So we must take a step to eliminate the bad out of our lives to imbibe something better. Similarly to improve your health you know that working out or exercising will do exactly that. Now put this situation in any part of your life, not just health, what do you have to do to improve your situation. What do you NOT have to do to walk towards success? When you think of this on a deeper level, victory is yours.

I felt this was the best piece of advice Mr Aravind has given us till now. What about you? Leave in your thoughts in the comments box below.
